Black Forest Cake

A 3 layer cake, with no outside icing standing on a white scalloped cake stand. The cake is dark chocolate and between the layers, thick white buttercream icing is piped in swirls. The top of the cake has six large swirls in a circle around the edges with dark cherry preserves dolloped on the top of each. The centre space on top is filled with dark cherry preserves. The entire cake top is sprinkled with chocolate shavings.
